Although it sounds easy in theory, collaborating in the field can be a challenge if personal agendas hamper project progress. At Dolvin, we are committed to proactive knowledge sharing, openness and accountability to deliver effective and efficient mechanical solutions. Our Project Room is one tool we use to ensure collaboration is easy and transparent.
Customer Service
At Dolvin, we embrace an ‘old school’ commitment to excellent service and support for our customers, suppliers and employees. We are more than a mechanical contractor: we value and build loyalty. Customer service is everyone’s job at Dolvin. We constantly challenge ourselves to find creative and innovative approaches to help deliver on our commitments. If there is a better way, we’ll try and find it.
Safety
Safety is a top priority at Dolvin. It is more than just a set of written procedures – it underscores everything we do and is ingrained in the Dolvin way of doing business. We subscribe to the theory that all injuries are preventable and we work to exceed all Ontario Occupational Health & Safety regulations. Training, mentorship and education all contribute to our excellent safety record. We are particularly proud of the recognition we have received in accident prevention: 2008: The Mechanical Contractors Association of Toronto Safety Awards (15,001-50,000 man-hours) 2012: The Mechanical Contractors Association of Toronto Safety Awards (50,001 + man-hours.)
